AMP is designed for executives who are proven business leaders and want to drive innovation in their organizations. It is aimed at:

Executives with at least ten years of work experience and three of managerial experience who wish to drive innovation in their professional and personal development.

Experienced Entrepreneurs facing new start ups.

Executives with a high potential to be business leaders, open to change, with a tolerant attitude, critical and willing to contribute with their experience and concerns in the learning process A strong commitment to a rigorous academic program and an advanced level in written and spoken English is required.

Your course of Study AMP program is highly structured in four perspectives:

The Business Challenge is the tool through which each participant will have the opportunity to apply their own learning experience and innovation approach into their job position and organization in order to improve them, using the analytical and strategic skills to drive innovation, performance and effective decision making across their organizations.

They will exchange valuable insights with the other peers of their teams.

Methodology Learning by doing
  • Gaining a better understanding of what it actually means to do the activity.

    Riding a bike isn't that hard, if you were to read about the technique in a book or manual. When you hop on however, the subtleties of keeping your balance, steering and maintaining the proper speed become very apparent. These are things you couldn't learn simply by reading and yet it could be argued that they are the most important things to know
  • Getting a deeper understanding of the subject.

    When doing something, you are able to apply your unique set of skills, talents and experiences to the activity. As mentioned in the bike riding example, there are a lot of subtle things you would miss if you simply read about riding a bike. By trying things out, modifying the activity and experimenting you learn first hand what works and what doesn't. It's this first hand experience that makes ideas and concepts stick.
  • Learning by doing promotes critical thinking.

    Critical thinking is an important life skill. Reading and taking other people's word for things doesn't add much richness to our own life experience and in fact much of what we read or are told is simply not true in certain circumstances. Doing things and experimenting allows you to question the status quo, discover new things, new methods but most importantly critical thinking increases your odds of not clinging to a false belief

The Business Challenge is the tool through which each participant will have the opportunity to apply their own learning experience and innovation approach into their job position and organization in order to improve them, using the analytical and strategic skills to drive innovation, performance and effective decision making across their organizations.

Los Master de EOI Escuela de Organización Industrial están diseñados para el máximo aprovechamiento del programa. Se combinan las clases teóricas con la realización de ejercicios y casos prácticos, trabajo en equipo, la asistencia a foros y conferencias, así como a diversas organizaciones relacionadas con el programa docente.

El seguimiento de la evolución de los alumnos es personalizado mediante controles y entrevistas personales, evaluación de los trabajos en equipo y participación en las sesiones.

Sesiones lectivas
Impartidas por profesionales en activo con amplia trayectoria profesional, que conjugan los conocimientos teóricos con una amplia experiencia profesional, transmitiendo al alumno no sólo el conocimiento teórico, sino también sus propias experiencias reales.

Casos prácticos
Durante el programa se desarrollan casos prácticos que reflejan experiencias reales y exponen, por lo tanto, al alumno a situaciones de toma de decisiones similares a las que se enfrentará cuando se incorpore al mundo laboral.

Sesiones especiales
Adicionalmente a las sesiones normales del curso, y sobre la base de los actos que tienen lugar en EOI, los alumnos toman parte en algunos de los mismos que se consideran interesantes para su futuro profesional.

Proyecto

A lo largo del último trimestre del Master, los alumnos desarrollan un proyecto de aplicación de los conocimientos adquiridos en los distintos módulos. Este trabajo se desarrolla sobre un tema real en alguna de las empresas del Consejo Asesor y bajo la dirección personal de un profesional de dichas empresas. La aprobación del proyecto es condición necesaria para la obtención del título de Master.

Servicios de mentoring
Se trata de un servicio personalizado para los alumnos de Postgrado con el objetivo de colaborar en el proceso formativo, orientándolos en el desarrollo de habilidades personales de cara a su incorporación al mercado laboral. A través de entrevistas personales y seminarios específicos de Orientación Profesional se identifican aspectos fuertes de su personalidad, así como posibles áreas susceptibles de mejora, con el fin de potenciar unas y mejorar otras durante los meses de formación en EOI.

Prácticas en empresa

Como complemento a la formación recibida en el aula, EOI gestiona para sus alumnos una experiencia práctica, de hasta 12 meses de duración, en una empresa del sector. Este período de prácticas comienza una vez finalizadas las sesiones lectivas, permitiendo así desarrollar y poner en práctica los conocimientos y habilidades adquiridas durante los meses anteriores, por lo que constituye un complemento esencial para preparar al alumno en su paso hacia el mundo laboral.
